There are three things you must have in order to be a member of FlyGirl's Staff.

1. Belief in the FlyGirl Mission of elevation of the Mind, Body, Heart and Spirit.
2. Loyalty to FlyGirl and an understanding of what you represent.
3. Self-respect and the propriety necessary for someone who is an important figure in a child's life.

Individuals interested in trying out for FlyGirl staff should email a resume to info@flygirl.ca. Staff training will take place on June 17th and 18th. Private interviews will take place between May 16th and June 1st.

Women - cheer

• You will need to be a high school graduate.
• Bring your Resume and cover letter.
• Prepare a short dance (4 8 counts) and a chant. Original choreography only please.
• Gymnastics certification an asset.
• Experience working with children an asset.
• You must be stunting at the liberty level.
• Please bring your own stunt group and prepare to demonstrate your most elite stunts in a variety of positions (if applicable).

Men - cheer

• As above, minus the dance.

Women and Men - Hip Hop

• Resume and Cover Letter
• One piece of your own choreography - 8-10 eight counts - include as many differnt styles as you can incorporate.
• Acro and breakdancing are an asset.

Cheer Try Outs will consist of a group presentation of jumps, tumbling, stunting, cheer and dance, as well as a group interview.

Hip Hop Try Outs will consist of an individual presentation of your material, and an individual interview. Short listed candidates will be called for a follow-up phone interview and/or in person interview. Know about the place you are applying to work. It will take more than just skill to be a FlyGirl instructor.

Those chosen will be eligible to work throughout July and August. Steadily from the 22nd of August until Labour Day.

We offer camps and competitions year round in Canada and Europe.
