FlyGirl’s mission is elevation of the spirit, heart, mind and body of our staff and our customers.

Spirit – to positively impact the global community through a unified sense of spirit

Heart - to support, and model self-discipline and self-confidence through a balanced, emotionally-safe environment

Mind – to encourage intellectually stimulating ideas and develop innovations in all areas of cheer and dance.

Body – to provide a safe physical environment and to model, support and teach healthy habits
