Mandy believes that in order to become champions you must not only have the technique and choreography, but must have the mental ability to make it happen on the floor. She takes this philosophy to every team she works with, and motivates them to succeed. She builds confidence by teaching them the tricks to proper technique and using choreography to get the most out of her teams. Most of all, she builds the confidence of the coach by giving them the tools they need to continue to build champions on and off the floor.
