Michelle Richards

Michelle Richard is an award winning choreographer with 19 years of cheerleading experience including coaching and judging at the National and International levels. In the past, Michelle has sat on The Ontario Cheerleading Federation Board of Directors and convened the Provincial Cheerleading Championships.

Since moving to the United States eight years ago, she has lead her High School team to a top Seven finish at UCA High School Cheerleading Championships and numerous top three finishes. She has also helped other schools and all star teams to place in the top ten with her critiquing skills.

In the summer of 2005, she was featured in American Cheerleader Magazine in an interview featuring some of the Nations top judges. She currently spends most of her time judging for numerous cheer companies throughout North America and speaking at conferences on various cheer related issues.

Michelle was chosen as one of American Cheerleader Magazine's 6 most influential judges in cheerleading.

Strengths:
Judges Routine Clean up and critique. Michelle is the final piece of the puzzle and travels with Tiy to clean up and compliment his choreography.
